01) Iron Man is the first comic book I really got into.
02) Astonishing X-Men is one of the comics I currently collect.
03) Shadowcat is one of my all-time favourite superheroes.
04) Phonogram is my favourite non-superhero comic.
05) Superman is a very overrated character
06) Leneil Yu is, in my opinion, a very overrated comic artist (seriousy in need of an inker on New Avengers [sorry, Pete]).
07) Scott Lobdell is one of my favourite comic book writers.
08) Hanging with Scoot and Ben Raab on AOL while they were writing X-Men and Exclaibur is a happy comic book memory for me.
09) Adam Hughes is awesome at drawing female characters.
10) Travis Charest is one of my all-time favourite comic artists.
11) Jim Lee is an artist I'd love to see drawing a monthly series.
12) Runaways is a comic I've meant to read, but haven't done so yet. (I have the new Whedon issue here somewhere...).
13) Power Pack is a welcome '80s comeback. (or possibly Magik)
14) Invisibles is a comic I've never read or paid much attention to.
15) Wonder Woman is a popular character I've never really paid attention to.
16) Phongram is a title I would recommend to my friends (I used to say Stranger In Paradise, but I'm not up to date with that...and I see it's ending now anyway).
17) Magneto is one of my favourite comic villains.
18) Batman (Begins) is a comic I'm glad they made into a movie/movie franchise.
19) X-Men is a comic they totally ruined by making it into a movie. (I'm going by the phrasing of the statement here - as in the film ruined the comic as Marvel clearly felt it necessary to make the comic more like the film, and utterly destroyed everything that I loved about the X-Men in the process).
20) Peter David is someone I would really love to meet at a comic convention.
21) Wolverine is a character I can see myself being for Halloween. (And she's already looking for a costume for me...)
22) Uncanny X-Men is a comic I used to love, but now I'm not so hot about.
23) Travis Charest is someone I would love to work on a comic book with.
24) ??? is the most I'll spend on a 22-page (average sized) comic. (see, if I had the money to spare, I'd happily get back into collecting back issue again...in which case this figure could be thousands...).
25) The New Mutants is something/someone they should bring back.
